Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Lakniz. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns for eligible merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on product pages are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Footwear must be returned in its original box, placed inside a protective shipping box.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only, which can be used on lakniz.com.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit refund amount.
